“So, the wedding and honeymoon are over…when do I get to see my pictures?”
Here is what you can look forward to….
1. I will blog your wedding within 2 weeks of the wedding date with a few of my favorites.
2. One month from your wedding date, you can expect to see your wedding photos in the online password protected client gallery for you, family and friends to view. There will be around 500 images that I have color corrected and done other fun edits to.
3. Within 6 weeks of your wedding date, I will mail you your disc with all your images to the address you have provided me. Please remember to back up your discs! Once they are in your hands, I am no longer responsible for them. I wish I could keep every wedding on file, but the truth is my computer just does not have enough space.
4. Once I have mailed you your disc, I will move the images from the client gallery to the online shopping cart gallery. There you can view your images, order prints and start to put together your wedding album. I will keep the photos here for 1 month. Additional time can be purchased for $50 a month. You will need to choose your album cover material and the images you for sure want in the album. I will add any additional images, if space allows. There is a minimum and maximum number of images you can pick. The numbers depend on the size of the album. If you are under the minimum or over the maximum, the ordering cart will let you know. You can add additional images over the maximum for $25 per image.
I suggest picking the following images for your album:
- A few getting ready pictures
- 5-6 of your favorites of just the two of you
- 2-3 of the bridesmaids
- 2-3 of the groomsmen
- 2-4 of the family formals
- The rest of the ceremony/details/reception
5. Once you have completed your album order, I will design and draft your album and upload it to a client gallery with a password. I average 3 images per spread. Let me know any changes that you would like to make. The first 5 image changes are free, any additional changes after that is $25 per image. The album design will stay in the client gallery for 1 month. Additional time can be purchased for $50 per month.
Note: Per my contract, you have 6 months to send in your approval letter or you lose your album. Please don’t take this long!! The longer you wait the more it costs you
6. Once I have received your approval letter (this can be found in your welcome packet), I will upload it to the album company. It takes around 3-4 weeks from your approval date for your album to arrive. For any prints you order, please allow around 2-3 weeks from the day your order is processed. Orders won’t be processed until paid in full.
