One of the most frequently asked questions before a photo shoot is, “What should I wear?”
Instead of telling you what to wear, I am going to tell you what not to wear. The list is much shorter that way!
- No solid whites, plaids, or thick stripes.
- Stay away from busy, distracting patterns, logos or writing.
- Avoid tube tops, not so cute in pictures as they are in real life.
- Don’t bring all formal clothes. You should bring a good mix of clothes (casual and formal). These pictures should represent who you are and your personality, so bring clothes that you typically wear and that you are comfortable in. It will make for better pictures.
- For family or engagement photo sessions, you don’t have to be matching; just wear colors that compliment each other.
